My family members and I greatly enjoyed being there. The personal was amiable and pleasant. I stayed in an airy room with a comfortable bed. The location was great for getting around, as the train station was near the hotel.

We really enjoyed its location, it was perfect and near to the old town, the Canal du Midi and an excellent inexpensive restaurant. The staff was caring and excellent providing assistance. The breakfast was plentiful and satisfactory and had a great selection of meals...

Great value for money, clean and tidy rooms with comfortable beds and soft pillows. The lady owner was extremely helpful and even lent us a kettle and cups for tea. The hotel's location near the train station and city center was very convenient. We also appreciated the good double glazing as it made for a peaceful stay.

Peaceful area, very central location adjacent to the city center and the train station, and the train station and the center of the Narbonne. A nice size and well priced rooms with comfortable beds, central heating, an electronic key card and a work desk. A good choice of goodies for breakfast.

It is close to the railway station and a short walk to the town centre. Its a good quality basic hotel for short stays. The couple running it were very hospitable.

The hotel doesn't have a lift - I didn't even think about when I booked. Its a converted old building and I was on the second floor which because its an older building is equivalent to at least 3 floors of a modern building. When you have just had an 8 hour rail trip dragging heavy cases up a circular stone stair case is no fun ! On re-reading the hotel details it didn't mention a lift so I suppose Its my fault for not working- out by deduction that it was lift-less.

The stay was fine; nothing to complain about. Extremely convenient venue, absolutely perfect location near to the old town, near the cathedral and City Hall, the cathedral and the railway station and the car hire places, truly enjoyed our stay. Location in the centre of the city was a plus. The breakfast was plentiful and good, exactly what we required.

It was a cozy and friendly place with a great ambience. In the morning, we woke up to the delightful smell of fresh croissants and coffee. The staff were incredibly helpful and made us feel welcome. The breakfast selection was excellent, and they even gave us a bag of croissants to take with us. The location was perfect, close to the train station and a playground, making it comfortable for our family of four. We can't wait to visit again!

Comfortable and well priced hotel close to railway station but very quiet. Good location for access to Market hall, canal, Cathedral etc. Kind and helpful staff - provided us with kettle also hairdryer. Good breakfast.

This hotel is perfectly located just a short 3-minute walk from the train station, ideal for families with children. It also offers a great view of the reception, clean rooms, and a tranquil dining room for breakfast.

After a tiring journey to Narbonne, I was warmly welcomed by a gracious senora who stayed up late to check me in. The charming hotel, once a grand townhouse, had a lovely atmosphere. The friendly staff and ideal location near the train station made exploring the beautiful city a breeze. Clean and comfortable rooms provided a pleasant stay, and the breakfast was delicious. I enjoyed chatting with fellow travelers from around the world and appreciated the care and attention of the staff.
